SUPERMOON

Well, the supermoon was pretty
awesome to see the other night,
despite intermittent cloud cover.

I was able to stay up and watch it all
and attempt to take some photos.

None of which really worked out
without a long enough lens, a wireless
remote, maybe a telescope, some image
stabilization on my current lens,
an inept operator, etc etc.

I know, excuses excuses
but it doesn't really matter. I had a lot
of fun watching it and marvelling once again
at God's creativeness and goodness
in allowing us to see His majestic power
through creation.

Psalm 19:19
The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Psalm 148:1-5

Praise ye the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord from the heavens:
praise him in the heights.
Praise ye him, all his angels:
praise ye him, all his hosts.
Praise ye him, sun and moon:
praise him, all ye stars of light.
Praise him, ye heavens of heavens,
and ye waters that be above the heavens.
Let them praise the name of the Lord:
for he commanded, and they were created.
