PHOTO DUMP FROM A RECENT TRIP

So, it's been a long while since we were able to take a road trip,

but recently, after lockdowns, lockouts, job losses etc,

we felt in need of a break. 

 

We packed a few things and set off on the open road to get 

some fresh air and create new memories wherever the road took us.

(which wasn't very far, due to time constraints, but it was a break nonetheless)

We were able to make it as far south as Alice Springs and then east a little to Gemtree fossicking grounds where we dug in the dirt for 6 hours in the middle of an NT heatwave.

All in all, it was an adventure and a much needed break. 

I won't bore you with explanations of the photos, 

so please just enjoy the view as we share our little holiday with you. 

I will say one thing though, the Devils Marbles at sunrise is EPIC!

All our adorable babies are growing so fast. 

It's been a while since I posted any photos,

Dave and I love being grandparents and spoiling these

precious littles ones as much as possible!

The Grandbabies Are Growing 💗 

Reuben turned 1 today!! 

I haven't been able to take or post many photos of late,

as we have been super busy. 

So, here's a selection of photos from the past couple of months.

As Abbi and James and the kids live a couple hours away 

from Katherine, we don't see them as much, but I was able to

go out and visit recently and took a few snaps. 

And we recently enjoyed a nice fire and marshmallows out at 

Emilee and Laine's place where Alyssa helped Grandpa build the fire

I tried to take some sweet sibling photos

recently, and managed to only come up with 

crying photos of both, but at least I managed to snap a few of 

a very adorable little girl and her horse. 

She is also very proficient on her little bike and tears around and around the house at great speed, with her little monkey "Gary" in tow. 

  

Growing so quickly, as are all the other grandbabies. 💕
